Married with Children

When children receive a distribution from a will, it is paid to them outright or, if they are under eighteen, upon their turning eighteen.  Many people feel that if significant assets are paid over to a young adult, the children may not have the experience to manage those assets to last.  This could leave your children without the resources to attend college, buy a house, or otherwise pursue their dreams.

If anything happened to you, would you want your children's assets managed for them beyond the age of eighteen?
