We practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, Business and Construction. We have chosen these areas because they afford the best opportunity to assist people and help solve problems before they arise.
Our firm is a family affair, both literally and figuratively. Our attorneys are Bill Scovill and Bart Scovill, father and son. Evelyn Scovill, Bill's wife, manages the office and acts as the receptionist. Bettina Scovill, Bart's wife, serves as his assistant and manages his cases. Marilyn Tipton is family in all but name. She assists Bill and keeps us all in line.
